Entirely on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, playground equipment, trampoline, climbing frame/swing set, sandpit, slide, kiddie pool, outdoor toys, and a Mammoth go-kart. Open-concept kitchen with all the luxuries and a fully equipped inventory; a lovely bathroom with a tub and sink; living room with a lounge sofa and large smart TV. Two bedrooms, each with two double beds measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m. One bed is a pull-out bed suitable for one person. There is also an extra single bed measuring 80 x 1.95 cm (maximum weight 100 kg). The house is secluded on a dead-end road at the edge of the forest.From your apartment, you can walk directly into the woods and mountains on a car-free path. Many hiking trails are available to you. It’s a 10-minute drive to the Pressegger See beach.In winter, the free ski bus stops right outside (a 5-minute walk) and takes you to the 115 km of ski slopes at Nassfeld, or you can drive there in about 25 minutes. The Goldeck and Gerlitzen ski areas are also just around the corner. Within a 20-minute drive, you can reach Italy and Slovenia. There’s plenty of space on the property for your car or caravan.
