Evgenia's Sea House is located on the 1st line in the port & accommodates up to two guests, offering modern amenities, stunning sea views, and a comfortable setting outside, ideal for a memorable seaside getaway.

Evgenia's Sea House accommodates up to two guests, featuring a modern living room with a smart TV for entertainment. The cozy bedroom includes a comfortable king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a refreshing shower. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a coffee facility, electric kettle, and washing machine. Outdoors, the space offers comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing while admiring the breathtaking sea views and yachts passing by. A grill barbeque & electric stove is also available for delightful outdoor cooking. This charming seaside retreat combines comfort and beautiful scenery, providing a delightful getaway for couples or solo travelers.

The house is found at a close proximity from Gialos harbor. Thanks to its unique picturesque scenery and ambience, Symi attracts people from all over the world. As you enter the harbor of Gialos by ferry or cruise ship, the imposing homes of this colorful traditional settlement creates a breathtaking scene. Evgenia's Sea House is near tavernas, shops, and cafés, offering convenience and charm. On the other side of the island you’ll find Taxiarchis Michael of Panormitis, the monastery that houses the icon of the famous miracle worker saint. Indeed many travel to Symi to light a candle and say a prayer in hope that the saint will granτ them their wishes.

Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:

• From 01/04 to 31/10: 2€ per night
• From 01/11 to 31/03: 0,5€ per night

Kindly note that the climate tax is not included in the total reservation amount and is payable separately.
