Ein toller Campingplatz in wunderschöner Lage mit sehr hilfsbereitem Personal an der Rezeption. Die Vereinbarungen und die Kommunikation zwischen Belvilla und der Campingplatzleitung sind jedoch mangelhaft. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich an der Rezeption aufgefordert, die Kaution (70 Euro) und die Kurtaxe (40,80 Euro) zu bezahlen, obwohl Belvilla angegeben hatte, dass diese im Mietpreis enthalten seien. Auf dem Campingplatz war dies nicht bekannt. Darüber hinaus war der Grundpreis für die Zeltmiete über Belvilla bereits 110 Euro höher, als wenn ich direkt beim Campingplatz gebucht hätte – ohne diese zusätzlichen Kosten. Das bedeutet, dass die Buchung des Safarizeltes über Belvilla letztendlich 220 Euro teurer war als eine Direktbuchung beim Campingplatz. Ich habe die (doppelte) Kaution inzwischen von Belvilla und dem Campingplatz zurückerhalten, die doppelt gezahlte Kurtaxe (40,80 Euro) jedoch nicht. Dies, zusammen mit dem höheren Grundpreis, trübt einen ansonsten schönen Urlaub.
