-ALL BROKEN THINGS (dishes ,glasses ect) HAVE TO BE REPLACED -cleaning products too.
-DO NOT PUT ANYTHING TO THE WALLS
-Party s are not allowed
-Please not invite friends to the terasse, neighboors are not really friendly
-if you see a damage in the flat, it will be nice of you to announce it to your landlord
