Mooi ruim huis met ruime kamers en keuken. gedateerd op de badkamer beneden na. Tuin slecht onderhouden. Mooi groot zwembad, heerlijk! Omgeving rustig, maar veel te doen in omgeving! Kajakken, wandelen, leuke stadjes in de buurt! Huis is door de vele trappen wat lastig voor de kleintjes die net lopen. Zeker een aanrader! Alles heb je bij de hand! De cupjes voor de koffie lagen klaar!

Het huis is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook het verwarmde zwembad zijn we erg blij mee. Enkel een onweerbui houdt ons uit het zwembad. Regen of zonneschijn... als het buiten 20 graden is, kunnen we nog steeds heerlijk lang zwemmen. De ligging van het huis is ook uitstekend. Tegenover het lokale ziekenhuis, maar de ambulance ritten rijden zeer netjes zonder geluid. De weg is een uitvalsweg waarmee je snel weg komt in alle richtingen in de regio. Er zijn wel wat kleine onderhoudszaken die ik persoonlijk zou oplossen. Een losse tegel in de plavuizen vloer, wat schilderwerk... Maar dat zijn allemaal kleine dingen. De keuken apparatuur en inventaris is compleet, de oven verdient wel wat meer uitleg, of die doet het niet. Dat is eigenlijk het enige echte verbeterpuntje.

Das Haus ist groß und der Garten auch, aber das ist alles. Spülmaschine und Backofen kaputt und alles ist sehr veraltet. Viele Dinge kaputt, wie Türen, Scharniere und Schlösser. Wir haben den Eigentümer kontaktiert, aber der Geschirrspüler und der Backofen werden möglicherweise erst am Mittwoch repariert. Wir erhalten zwar die Anweisung, den Grill nach dem Aufenthalt sauber zu hinterlassen, andernfalls wird ein Bußgeld von 20 Euro fällig, aber das Haus ist schmutzig und wird nicht richtig gereinigt. Reichen Sie unbedingt nach dem Urlaub eine Beschwerde ein und hoffen Sie, dass etwas dagegen unternommen wird, wenn nicht für uns, aber für die Mieter nach uns.

Ich habe 5 Tage in dem Haus verbracht, es hat ein schönes Schwimmbad, Tischtennis für die Kinder und einen Billardtisch. Es ist alles etwas veraltet und liegt an einer manchmal stark befahrenen Straße. Der Schlüssel befindet sich in einem Safe an der Eingangstür, wo Sie den Code per SMS/WhatsApp oder E-Mail vom Eigentümer erhalten. hatte keine Probleme mit der zuvor erwähnten Papierfabrik.

Schönes Haus, nur einige Wartungsarbeiten und nicht richtig sauber. Der Boden war klebrig und wir haben das Geschirr zunächst in die Spülmaschine gestellt, da noch Essensreste darauf waren. Viele Toiletten usw. vorhanden. Die Toilettentüren konnten nicht verschlossen werden. Schönes Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss, aber der Wasserhahn war locker und die Türen ließen sich nicht schließen, waren schief und hatten keinen Türschutz. Am Kochfeld fehlte ein Knopf. Das Gras hätte gemäht werden können, da es sehr hoch war und man es nicht benutzen konnte. Außerdem hatten wir trotz der Mängel einen tollen Aufenthalt.
