From cozy lounges to the private terrace, this home offers plenty of places to unwind. Multiple kitchens make meal prep simple, while shared dining areas invite conversation and connection. Fresh linens and towels are included, and a cot or highchair can be provided on request. Please note: pets and outside guests are not permitted, and the house does not have a lift.

A security deposit of EUR 100,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 20 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
