Cozy cabin in the middle of Öland's summer paradise Böda, where you have walking distance to the wonderful expansive sandy beach. The cabin, which was renovated in 2018, is in good condition with open up to the ridge for lovely space. Here you have a spacious patio of 20 sqm where you can enjoy a good meal or just relax in the sun loungers. The cabin is well planned with an open floor plan. There is a kitchen and dining table for 4, as well as a double bed and a sofa / day bed that can be converted into a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and 2 hotplates, but not oven. Toilet with shower and sink. Laundry room is available in the Service Building in the area. Barbecue is also available if desired. This whole cabin area has a 25-year age limit for renting. And parties are avoided as at 23 it should be quiet and peaceful for everyone's comfort. You live perfectly in Böda with walking distance to grocery store, summer restaurant, café and the most important in Böda, the beach. Here you can really experience the beach, take the opportunity to enjoy both a morning and evening walk along the sea and many beautiful cooling baths. Böda Sands Camping with a nice restaurant, after beach and water park is close by. Kaffestugan Böda where there are fantastic pastries, breads, salads and pizzas is 1 km away. The smokehouse in Böda with its restaurant and fish shop does not disappoint. Something you must not miss is to visit the wonderful Byxelkrok where you can stroll around among the shops in the small boat cabins in the harbor. There are plenty of restaurants and ice cream cafes. In the evening you can enjoy the sunset on the pebble beach at the boat docks. Even south of Byxelkrok there are such wonderfully beautiful vast pebble beaches. An excursion to Byrum's raukar is also usually popular. Öland Zoo with its animals, carousels and water park is usually appreciated by the children. Lådbilslandet, which is close to the cottage, is also very popular.
