Spacious holiday home in Gothenburg

Welcome to this spacious villa located on Hisingen in Gothenburg. A very good location for those of you who want to take part in all the attractions of the entertainment city of Gothenburg, such as Avenyn, Liseberg, restaurants and shopping! The house is close to tram and bus connections that easily take you to central Gothenburg in about 20 minutes. It is a walk of approx. 2 km to Eriksberg's ferry stop. Here there are several nice restaurants to visit and a nice walk along the Göta River. Seeing Gothenburg's neighborhoods from the water is a must, and from here the Älvsnabben ferries go to both Klippan and Lilla Bommen. Downstairs is the main bedroom with a comfortable double bed. A newly renovated modern kitchen with a door to the balcony and garden where breakfast tastes extra good. The generous living room and dining table offer plenty of space for the family to gather. Tiled toilet with shower. Upstairs there are three more cozy bedrooms, a spacious hall and a combined washing machine/dryer. Right behind the plot is a soccer field. Several well-arranged swimming spots are only a short 15-minute drive from the house. Here you get the opportunity for a varied and enjoyable holiday! Good to know Bed linen and towels are included. Final cleaning is included. Please note that you are responsible the dishes and that the garbage will be taken care of before departure.
