With capacity for 4-5 people, this two-storey terraced house has two elegantly distributed bedrooms on the ground floor: one room with a double bed and an extra single bed, and another room with two single beds, ensuring restful sleep for everyone. On this floor, we find a family bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.



From the main bedroom, you can access a covered terrace with garden furniture and swings, as well as a patio/garden with sun loungers and a shower.



The day area is located on the second floor. The bright American-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare delicious family meals.



In the living room, a standout feature is the cosy fireplace that adds warmth and charm on cooler nights, creating the perfect atmosphere for family gatherings. The living room also includes a dining area and a spacious sofa.



The outdoor terrace on this floor invites you to enjoy pleasant evenings outdoors, with garden table and chairs and the possibility of using a barbecue for delicious family dinners. This terrace, with a south-facing orientation and partial sea views, enjoys sunshine all day long.
