About this property

Incredible mountain duplex, backed to Ten Mile Creek. Gorgeous private setting and still only steps from town and free shuttles to Summit County ski areas. Three big bedrooms (two of which have their own balconies), each with its own full bathroom. Huge loft with queen bed, bunkbed and a 3/4 bathroom. Stone fireplace, log beams, big windows throughout, facing the river from most rooms in the house. Frisco Marina with all its water sports is at the other end of Main Street, an easy walk or bike ride through town. Hard to do better than this in all of Summit County.

AMAZING space and location!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely duplex for 60 days this winter. The accommodations are extremely spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is convenient to town, but still quiet and friendly. The owners are great! We both loved our stay and are looking forward to another ski and hike season next year.

Christmas~New Years...Our stay was perfect for two weeks. The Frisco house is stunning!!! Loved it!!

We would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Frisco Breckenridge area. It was very welcoming and has all the amenities of home. Very beautifully decorated and comfortable. The community is very quaint and the neighbors were very kind. We were lucky enough to have several snowfalls and enjoy the season...as we are Floridians!!! We were also lucky enough to see a Moose in the yard!!! Thank you for a opening up your home to us for our family vacation. Wishing you and yours a Happy New Year!!!

Everythimg was as shown in the pictures and better

he house is really spacious and it is in a very good condition. It is even better that what is shown in the pictures. Everything in the house is functional and working. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood and the bus stops are really close to the house (10 minutes to the breck stop and 4 minutes to the copper stop)
