All 3 bedrooms are full-sized rooms. Both upstairs bedrooms have private access to their own bathrooms. One upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a queen bed in an attached den that can be separated by a door for privacy. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. The 1st floor bedroom has a king bed and another full bath that is also downstairs (see attached floor plans).

Family friendly with personal washer & dryer (pack less clothes), port-a-crib, and high chair/booster seat. Plenty of books, board games and puzzles.

Frisco, Colorado is "the Main Street of the Rockies". It is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Denver International Airport and right off of I-70. The charming Frisco downtown is one of the rare ski towns in the US that is still quaint, but offers walking distance to many amenities. The center of downtown Main Street is only two short blocks to shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream shop, toy store, liquor store, and an impressive nightlife. Within a few miles is a major supermarket, Whole Foods, Wal-Mart, Starbucks and many ski shops for equipment or rental needs. There is also a Summit County free ski shuttle bus that services all the local mountains and picks up on Main Street. Frisco is centrally located to all that Summit County has to offer and is truly a four-season location.

Our family home will offer you a contemplative retreat set against a clear night ski. It will be a very comfortable stay that includes upscale furniture, appliances, linens, electronics and many other amenities.....all within a short distance of multiple world-class resorts and priced to be affordable!

Gem of a neighborhood in Frisco!

What a lovely neighborhood this home is tucked away in behind Frisco's Main Street. You feel like a real "local" staying here with great access to everything. The host is simply the BEST we have ever had in our many rental home experiences. She goes above and beyond to make sure your family has a wonderful stay in their family home! You feel like family yourself!

Cozy and comfortable stay

We enjoyed a great week in this lovely house which was perfectly located for us to have fun in Frisco and surrounding ski areas. The well stocked kitchen made family dinner prep easy. Lisa is an excellent host - I appreciate her communication and willingness to share information. We will hope to stay here again!

Great location - lovely home!!

The pictures and description were accurate. We were 1/4 mile from downtown Frisco, an easy walk even in the snow. Check in and out were clear and very simple… I appreciate the communication from Lisa checking on us as well. :) I’m super picky about beds and these were excellent as well! Hot tub is very spacious (but bring slides or flip flops in the winter! Ha!) and a lovely treat!

Early Season Ski Trip

Five of us (two couples + one) come out to Summit County yearly for a fall early season ski trip; meeting up with others - 10 - 20 people. We needed three bedrooms with private baths each for 11 nights, a decent place to cook and relax in evenings, a grill, and hot tub. This fit our wish list perfectly. Previously we stayed in Keystone area, but much preferred this. Great to walk downtown after skiing as long as roads were ok. Lisa was super to work with and very responsive.

We both travel extensively for work and leisure and have tried to include all the amenities that we ourselves have experienced and loved throughout our travels. We are hands-on owners and do not use a management company. We also have great local folks who maintain and upkeep the house and can be available in the case of emergency.

Why they chose this property

Frisco is the perfect mountain location. It has the unique combination of both upscale and cheap eats restaurants, quaint boutiques, and world-class outdoor activities. It is a 90-minute drive from Denver, right off of I-70. Frisco is a small town with all the necessary conveniences, yet it has a historic 'walk around' downtown that is uniquely special. There are five world-class ski resorts between 15 and 30 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

The house is two short blocks to the center of historic downtown Frisco, "The Main Street of the Rockies". It has great views of the mountains. You will be able to walk to an impressive number of restaurants and shops. Our home is not your typical rental. We use professional cleaners and the jacuzzi is professionally maintained. Our home is tastefully decorated and contains many upgrades. You will forget that you are in a vacation rental. We have gone to great lengths to make sure your stay will be comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.
