The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and a vanity sink. The condo also includes a full kitchen, dining area, living room with a sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom.

This lovely property is just a few steps away from the clubhouse, which offers a large common/meeting area with Netflix, a TV, a hot tub, a pool, a sauna, and laundry facilities. Lake Dillon, located nearby, provides access to hundreds of miles of biking and hiking trails, making it a convenient location for all your seasonal activities.

GENERAL: The property comes fully stocked with linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a drip coffee maker.

· NO events, parties, or large gatherings of any kind
· Quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am must be adhered to, particularly when outside.

· Maximum occupancy of six (6) guests with a maximum of two (2) cars. *NO trailers or RVs, please!
· You must be at least 25 years old to book, and a security deposit or damage insurance is required on all stays.
