Stunning two-bedroom condo located in the heart of Summit County with easy access to everything the area has to offer.

This is a corner, private unit with extra windows. It sleeps four people comfortably and a maximum of 6.

This is the perfect place for your mountain getaway. The condo is furnished with a king-size bed and TV in each bedroom. The bright and airy owner's suite offers a full-size mirror, granite top double sinks, vanity, and shower. The second bathroom is accessible from the hallway, and it has a tub/shower combo. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is fully stocked, so don't let anything get in the way of a tasty meal. You can choose to enjoy it at the dining table or on the balcony with breathtaking views. Our huge living room is decorated with a hand-painted mural of a majestic Rocky Mountain wolf. There is plenty of seating by the gas-burning fireplace, just perfect for entertaining. We made it cozy and inviting with furry throws and contemporary decor. A private balcony with patio furniture completes the open living area. It oversees lake Dillon, the mountains, and Keystone ski area in the background. We put our heart and soul into decorating our mountain retreat, and it is simply just lovely.

Free parking for one car in a heated garage and another right in front of the garage.

The community hot tub and grill are located on the backside of the building.

Terrific location right on the bike path around Lake Dillon, amazing views, convenient to grocery stores and restaurants ( 5 min.). Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, very spacious condo. Daniel resonded quickly to any requests. Hot tub was nice after hiking. We will be back!

Our stay in Frisco was made better by this great condo. I will admit that figuring out which code should be used where took us a minute, but the comfort and views of the condo totally made up for it. The place was clean and comfortable and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. We would stay there again.

This wonderful condo was exactly as pictured and described on the VRBO website. It was clean and well-furnished. And here is what we liked most about the place.1. Communication with the host was excellent and helpful.2. The kitchen was well stocked. And it included some of the "little things" (but critical things) not often found in rental units, Things like salt and pepper and more.3, The deck and the view. We sat out on the deck for hours admiring the mountain and lake views and watching the bikers and hikers go by. It was also fun watching the clouds and weather systems develop over the mountains. And an extra bonus was the hummingbirds. They constantly entertained us!If you are planning a trip to Frisco, this is the place to stay!The pictures show examples of views from the deck and a picture of my wife biking with "The Towers" in the background.

Great location overlooking Dillon Lake and bike/walking trail. Easy access to grocery stores. Perfect spot for a family ski trip with easy highway access to zip to the ski resorts and then back home to enjoy the cozy apartment. Very quiet - never heard any noise from neighbors.

We enjoyed staying in this condo for a few days to enjoy the fall aspen. The views were incredible, the condo's interiors were nicely done, and the location was great because we could get to all the things we wanted to do. The condo was also very well stocked and we were able to find everything we needed. Daniel the host did a very nice job communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location for the Summit County ski resorts. Close to I70, quiet area easy reach to Frisco, shops etc. We stayed here last year and given plenty of options, the fact we returned says it all!
