Stunning, Lake Forest, Frisco Condo -Spectacular Views!

Welcome to our beautiful, mountain retreat in Frisco, CO! Our condominium is located right by the shores of Lake Dillon with unobstructed, stunning views. The unit is on the 2nd floor so the views of the lake and mountains are gorgeous from every room in the condo, and especially from our amazing Trex deck overlooking it all.

Come and enjoy the mountain feel with beautiful furnishings and updated decor. The main bedroom is equipped with a king bed and it's own 50-inch, smart, flatscreen 4k HDTV. The second bedroom has bunk beds (twin over double), a queen bed, and TV for your viewing pleasure. Finally, the main room bodes it's own queen-size sofa sleeper, and 55-inch, Ultra 4K HDTV. We have a selection of dvds, games, books and puzzles for the entire family to enjoy, too!

Our kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. It is completely stocked with plates, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, including a spice rack and a Crock Pot. The condo also has a washer and dryer in the unit.

Our unit also has a one-car, detached garage, and the complex has a parking lot.

The Lake Forest complex includes three, year-round-use, hot tubs and grills (for summer use).

Our condo is less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Frisco. Frisco is in the center of Summit County and is known as ''Colorado's Playground''. Ski seven different ski areas (Copper, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek and Loveland), golf on 99 championship holes, fly fish the blue ribbon Blue River, go for a ride on over 50 miles of paved bike path (the Lake Dillon bike bath is directly across the street from the condo!), shop the designer outlets, hike hundreds of miles of trails, or just relax in the beautiful mountain setting. If you want to experience all that Summit County has to offer, Frisco is a great location to use as your home base.

This is the perfect location for all activities. Access to the rec path and the water are right across the street. The condo had everything you might need for a short stay or an extended stay. I can’t think of a thing this unit didn’t have. We hope to go back again.

A piece of heaven

What a great little cozy cabin. Family of 5 with two teens and we all fit perfect. Layout is great. The kitchen is small but that was known before we got there. Was able to cook for the family every evening and was never an issue. Great communication between manager also. All was great.

Incredible Stay!

We loved everything about our stay in Frisco. The location made it easy to get to all the trails. The place had everything we needed to cook our meals and even a fun basket welcoming us to their place. We arrived just a little early and the owner was quick to return our call and let us in. The balcony over looking the mountains and the lake were absolutely beautiful. Our whole family loved this place! You won’t regret staying here!

Fantastic Condo in Frisco!

Condo location is great, beautiful views, clean, well stocked, hot tub access is right across from the unit and comfortable bedding. Second floor unit, so you do hear the upstairs neighbor when they are home, but definitely nothing that was too bad. Highly recommend for a family or group of 4-6 people! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

The View

A nice condo. Well stocked kitchen, we prepared several meals and had everything we needed.. The owners have went out of their way to make their guests comfortable. The view from the balcony is incredible. We spent alot of time out there.

Kristie was amazing. Property was fully stocked with any and everything you need. Was so nice to have what we needed and not have to run out and get the small things. Coffee, salt and pepper, zip locks and plastic containers. She had plenty of laundry detergent... Beautiful view and condo was clean, warm and inviting. Just like coming home.

Short but sweet mini-vacation

We really loved the property. It's our first time in the area, and after driving around the lake, we were glad that we stayed in the Frisco area. The view from the deck was breathtaking! And the location was great for us as our primary activity was kayaking. We were able to walk down from the condo to the shore to put in. The town of Frisco was cute and fun to walk through. The bike path was beautiful on that side of the lake - shaded by aspens, lots of wildflowers, and with them, hummingbirds, two foxes, and a bald eagle. We walked, but hope to rent or bring bikes if we come back again. All in all a very enjoyable stay!

Absolutely Perfect!

We have used VRBO for over 10 years. This was the BEST rental experience we have ever had. This made our family vacation even more enjoyable. The condo was wonderful. Pros: VIEW is unbeatable! There was a super moon during our visit. It was amazing. Condo is clean, well stocked, nice furniture, great location, roomy hot tubs, ample grills available, and all kinds of extra things included from the owner. I appreciate not having to buy cleaning supplies, soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, ziplock bags, shopping bags, and toilet paper. Owners even left a welcome basket! Cons: There is some road noise. However, even with the windows open this did not bother us. We will definitely rent here again.

Fabulous escape

We’ve stayed here multiple times and each time has been wonderful. The rental is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked; and we love the close access to the lake and bike paths. The garage access is a HUGE bonus as we can store our outdoor toys there during our stay. Already looking forward to next time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean, well decorated condo. The master bed was comfortable, plenty of seating in the living room, and the kitchen was well stocked. The view was spectacular though it should be noted when you are out on the balcony the road noise is a bit loud. You can tell when an owner/host sincerely enjoys making their guests feel welcome and at home and this was the case with Charlie and Kristie. We most definitely will be visiting Frisco again and hopefully staying in this lovely condo.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We booked this condo as a last minute getaway. The owner was quick to respond to the booking request and to provide assistance when we had trouble entering the code at the front door. The location is perfect, a little removed from the crowded condo locations, so it was peaceful and quiet, but minutes to restaurants and activities. We loved the lake and mountain views, and were privileged to see a moose in the open space directly across the street. We appreciated use of the garage to park the car at night. The condo itself was cozy, nicely decorated, and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pans and utensils we needed to whip up breakfast in the morning. The host was thoughtful to leave a welcome basic with a few goodies and a nice bottle of wine. We will seek to stay here again on future visits to Frisco.

Family Ski Trip

We booked last minute to go skiing over spring break with our kids and were very happy with our accommodations. The condo was a perfect size for our family of five (with the ages of our kids) and had everything we needed. We're very familiar with this area and loved the location of this condo. Also the owners are friendly and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Ski vacation

We stayed here while skiing Copper Mountain. We loved having the fireplace to warm up and the hot tubs across from the unit. I was pleasantly surprised by the extra touches of this place. A welcome basket that was so nice after a long day driving and through some tense snow. The bedding is so soft and wonderful. The decor is spot on. I would definitely stay here again and especially would like to consider for the summer with the view of Lake Dillon.

Beautiful Condo!

Stunning views, incredible location, and perfect size condo for our group of 5 skiing 4 different hills on an Epic Pass. Loved having hot tub access and laundry in the unit. Well stocked with cooking utensils which was appreciated as we mostly ate in. Was able to walk on the recreation path on the lake on our off day as well. Don’t hesitate to book!
