Incredible Lake Front View on Lake Dillon! FULLY UPDATED!

Our Coeur Du Lac condominium is located right on the shores of Lake Dillon. The fully updated unit is on the third, top floor so the views of the lake and mountains are breathtaking! Enjoy your coffee or hot chocolate on the deck overlooking it all!

Come and enjoy the mountain feel of our condo with a granite, wood-burning fireplace. There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. We have a selection of videos, games, and books for the entire family to enjoy!

Dillon is centrally located to all activities in the Summit County area, both summer and winter. The outlet shops of Silverthorne are within walking distance or a short drive.

In the winter, you are centrally located to five major ski areas: Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapaho Basin, Copper Mountain, and Vail. Along with skiing, these areas offer a variety of activities including snowmobiling, tubing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and dog-sled rides. The Summit Stage Shuttle stop is a block away and provides FREE transportation to the ski areas.

In the summer, the bike and walking paths are directly behind the complex. Our complex has a new, beautiful, outdoor pool/hot tub area. The new amphitheater, just a five-minute walk, offers FREE concerts, farmers' market on Fridays, plays, and other activities. Next to the amphitheater is a beautiful park which has a new playground area for the kids. The marina is also close by. Summer in the Colorado Rockies offers fishing, hiking, biking, white-water rafting, and jeeping - all are close by! Again, our Dillon condominium is centrally located to all these activities.

Dillon offers a "small town" feel yet at the same time, offers all the amenities of a resort town including great shopping, restaurants, movie theater, bowling, and a great recreation center.

The view is the best in town and location is ideal. Bike path right outside the door, walking distance to the Amphitheater, marina, the farmers market, and an easy drive to surrounding towns. Owners were very friendly and responsive.

Dillon Lake and Concert long weekend

The condo was clean and well appointed. Everything was as advertised for our stay. The location for the amphitheater concert and lake was perfect and within walking distance for all. The view over the lake is gorgeous. We had a wonderful long weekend stay!

My son and I spent 3 nights and couldn't have asked for a better location. Amazing view from the deck and plenty of nearby hiking, fishing, and great restaurants - exactly what we were looking for. Condo was clean and exactly as described, and communication with host was great.

The place is exactly as it’s described in the posting with convenient location between all the ski resorts in the area. The place is clean and cozy, with magnificent view on Lake Dillon and beautiful mountains, making you want to come back here again. Great communication with the host.

Everything about this stay was wonderful. Easy check in, easy check out. I stayed with my family and the children loved the board games and sleds. The view is gorgeous too! I would definitely stay here again and again!
