Hollicarrs - Waters Edge

Waters Edge is a gorgeous 2-bedroom lodge situated on one of the most delightful spots on the holiday park.
Overlooking the ponds, and with extensive views into the woodland beyond, it offers the essence of tranquillity, peace and luxury.
The large decking area is ideally suited to catch the sun all day. Step down from here into a private courtyard garden where you will find the large hot tub, nicely sheltered from the breeze, so perfect for star gazing on clear evenings. The decking is secured on both sides with gates, offering a truly secluded and secure space.
The open plan living, dining, kitchen area is very tastefully and comfortably furnished, with the kitchen being very well equipped. There is also a utility room which houses a washing dryer, and ideal for discarding muddy boots.
Large picture windows and bi-fold doors make the most of the fabulous views on all sides.
The lodge has two spacious bedrooms, each with zip and link beds offering flexibility for guests to have either room as super king or twin. (TVs in bedrooms??). The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with walk in shower, and twin sinks, whilst the family bathroom has a shower over bath.
There is also a sofa bed in the sitting room which could sleep another two people.
An added luxury is the roomy study, which means that if you have to bring your work with you, you have a private spot to do so.
However, it’s unlikely that much work will get done as you will not want to miss out on taking full advantage of everything that Waters Edge and Hollicarrs has to offer.
Due to the generous room sizes and facilities, Waters Edge is ideal for longer stays, as well as weekend breaks.
Waters Edge will accept up to two well behaved dogs.
