Overall, the apartment itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and once we got inside, we had a pleasant stay.However, the check-in experience was extremely disappointing. The entire area around the property was under construction, making it very difficult to access with luggage. Finding the property was confusing, and the support representative I spoke to didn’t seem to know the exact location. I was repeatedly directed from one place to another while standing outside with my luggage. The representative kept putting me on hold to call someone else, which made the check-in process frustrating and unnecessarily stressful.Additionally, the gas stove was not working during our stay, which was inconvenient.While the property itself was good, the poor check-in experience, lack of clear directions, and maintenance issue significantly affected our overall experience.
