Description of the accomodation:

🍳 Living & Cooking: An open-concept living space with a large, comfortable sofa, Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen for shared dinners.

💤 Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and premium double boxspring beds (1 king-size bed and 3 queen-size beds).

🚿 Bathrooms: 2 modern en-suite bathrooms, one featuring a luxurious dual rain shower.

🌵 Tropical Garden: Two cozy private outdoor areas equipped with a Green Egg barbecue and an outdoor shower: ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach while spotting hummingbirds in the garden.

The property is entirely at your disposal and is equipped with a smart lock; you will receive your personal access code prior to arrival.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be settled at the end of the stay based on meter readings at a rate of USD 0.40 per kWh.

As is common in traditional homes in the region, the house features cold water only. The sun warms the water slightly, but it remains a refreshing shower.

The house is located in a lively, local neighborhood, so typical city sounds such as traffic may be audible.

Longer Stays 🧺

For stays longer than 10 nights, we provide a complimentary mid-stay change of bed linens and fresh towels. A full mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.

BBQ 🍖

A $15 cleaning fee applies if the Green Egg BBQ is not left clean after use.

Security 🔐

For everyone's safety, the exterior of the property is monitored by security cameras.
