The property is fairly spacious and was comfortable for our family of four. Is has a good location and easy access to downtown and restaurants. There is a large construction project happening immediately next to the property. The one street that has access to the property is blocked on one side (street barricade) and looks to be blocked from the other side. Only after a lot of driving around did we figure out we could drive up the street even though there were signs saying no cars could use the street. It would have been helpful to have this information communicated to us prior to our stay. The property is a two level house and this listing was the top floor. You can hear everything happening on the bottom floor, which, if there were loud renters could have been a large problem. The overall property is in disrepair and could use some fixing up. Warped floor boards, large chips in the door frames, missing tiles in the bathroom, the shower doors don't work properly, and the shower head sprays water from the joints (in all directions). I would not stay here again, but it served our purposes and was not unpleasant.
