Perfect location!

Property was exactly as advertised! Perfect location on the bay and easy walk to the beach. Delicious coffee and brunch options within walking distance too. Loved our stay!

The location was great! Right on the bay with a beautiful running trail and close to Belmont. The beach was our favorite spot to hang.

Wonderful experience

We enjoyed our time at Good Vibes only. The convenience to the beach and to alot of the sites we wanted to see was especially nice. Tooraj was very easy to communicate with.

Safe, clean, fun

I enjoyed staying here. Great safe location close enough to walk to restaurants, coffee and the ocean. Everything was in working order. Some minor things the plates were really well used and could use some updating, some stemmed wine glasses made of glass would be nice and the hot water was on a short timer (went cold after an about 4 minutes).

Best family vacation ever!

The Good Vibes Only unit was PERFECT for our family vacation! The home was spotless, very nice finishes, and beautifully decorated for a stay at the beach. We had more than enough space for the three of us (2 adults and 1 child). The kitchen was very well stocked and had great appliance variety (coffee pot with pot or pods, air fryer, toaster oven in addition to the usual). Opening the sliding doors up was amazing and the patio was perfect! You have a fantastic view of the nightly Sea World fireworks here which was a very special experience. We enjoyed going to Belmont Park which was an easy walk from the unit. The bay was amazing and the paddle board was so much fun to take out. We walked to the ocean side a few times which was a very manageable walk- so nice to have both options so close. We are already planning a return trip to Mission Beach from the amazing time we had this year. We wouldn’t change a thing!

A Gem on Mission Bay

Good Vibes Only is a perfect title for this VRBO. The location, layout, and decor of this spot are perfect. The host was so helpful and explained everything seamlessly for check-in and check-out. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Cozy and convenient but ……

The condo is well located, however the owner needs to put some extra money into it. The fans were so dusty and dirty that we didn’t use them. The turn table in the microwave was too large so we couldn’t use that either because it was so lopsided. And the entry door was a huge pain, the neighbor said that everyone had problems getting into it!

Great location and loved the unit!

Our family celebrated my wife’s 40th anniversary in this unit and had a spectacular time. The location could not have been better and our family loved biking, paddle boarding, eating, and amusement parking! Would love to do it again in the future. The unit was perfect for our famiy of 4.

LIVED UP TO HOPES

Location… location… location. Just far enough to still be quiet but close enough to walk to Belmont. We didn’t use our vehicle the entire stay. Place was immaculate and the bay front patio was the cherry on top. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Will for sure stay again

This property has fabulous views of Mission Bay and is 15 minute walk to Mission Beach at Beaumont park roller coaster and amusement park. Draft restaurant was walkable and had great food and service

Clean, updated, and great location

My husband and I along with our Portuguese Water Dog spent 4 nights at the property. The view was amazing and it was very quiet at night. It was also a great location for walking to restaurants and the beach. Interior was clean, updated, and well appointed. The owner was easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again.
