5 step unlocking entry system is overkill, and the first 2 steps are almost impossible ergonomically. Key ring old and keys fell off 3 or 4 times. Inadequate linens - nothing for drying dishes and no top sheet on the double bed. I foind one in a closey are but it had awful looking bleachefput spots on a dark blue sheet.
