Great communication with host. Nice spot, was great for a visit with our daughter going to school in Copenhagen. Bathroom is tiny, but functional.

Amazing location, walking distance to most of the major sites. Comfortable beds. Very quick responses to any questions. Despite being in a busy area, apartment was very quiet except for one inconsiderate neighbor that was loud in the hallway and always slammed his door.

Honestly, I read the reviews and underestimated what was being said between the lines. So this will be very clear. Yes, the property is perfectly located. The space is adequate and 2 of the beds are great. The pull out couch bed is terribly uncomfortable. The main issue I had which is why we only stayed 1 night before finding a new hotel was because of the cleanliness. The apartment is dirty. The beautiful views are blocked by windows so dirty you cannot see out. Under the beds were incredibly dusty. The washer was broken. The shower and shower curtain were growing brown mildew and nobody would dare shower in it. The host was workable through VRBO and we were refunded the remainder of our stay. This would be an ideal place if only it had been properly maintained. We regretted losing such a perfectly situated place to stay.

Quick Family Side Trip

The location was perfect for seeing a lot of Copenhagen in just a couple of days. Accessing the property was easy and the host was timely and communicative. We were surprised by the amount of the security deposit hold and wish the amount and process were clearer when booking. The apartment was lacking in some essential supplies (trash can, paper towel, sponge for dishes) which we worked around well as we were not there too much and did not cook. For guests cooking this could be challenging. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the location!
