Beautiful cabin just right for a HONEYMOON, Romantic Getaway or Anniversary weekend.

Features one bedroom, one bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and shower, game room loft with a full slate pool table, fully equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, free wifi and more.

This cabin has a flat/black top driveway for parking. It is large enough to park a truck and trailer if you are coming on motorcycles.

FOR OUR PET FRIENDLY VISITORS:

PETS MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO RESERVATION. We reserve the right to refuse any pet at any time. We would like for you and your family (including the four legged members) to have the best vacation ever and appreciate your willingness to abide by these guidelines.

*We only accept dogs, no cats allowed. We only accept 2 pets per reservation.
*We charge a $70.00 per pet fee which is not refundable.
*Your dog must be on a flea maintenance program. (Like Frontline, Advantage, etc.)
*Your dog must be crated while left in the cabin alone.
*Your dog must not get on our furniture. If we find pet hair on our furniture upon your departure, you will be charged $10.00 per each quilt/comforter/sofa that must be cleaned to remove dog hair.
*If your dog damages our vacation home in any way, ie, urine on the carpet/floor, chewed furniture/walls/doors or molding, you will be held responsible for the damage repair costs.
*Your dog must be leashed when on the outside of the cabin. This is for the safety of your dog as there may be other animals in the area that could harm your beloved pet.

FEES: The management company of this cabin charges a $20 per stay Damage Waiver Fee to every customer. It is automatically included in your rate. This covers our guests for up to $1000 worth of accidental damage should damage occur during their stay. If damage occurs to the cabin, furnishings, etc, please report it to management as soon as possible so that the damage can be repaired. You may opt out of paying the $20 damage waiver fee by putting down a $500 REFUNDABLE damage deposit. Please note that this damage deposit does not include damage done by a pet.

CANCELLATIONS

In order to receive a refund of your advance deposit/payment, you must contact us in writing 30 days prior to your arrival. A service fee is deducted from all refunds ($50 plus tax). There are NO refunds on cancellations within the 30 day period prior to your arrival date.
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee
