The nearest beach is Marina Residance, located about 2.5 km away and also accessible by bike. The beautiful Mari Pintau Beach (Blue Flag 2024), 11 km from the villa, is a highly recommended destination you won’t want to miss. The fantastic beaches of Villasimius are about 35 km from the villa and can be reached in 20–25 minutes via the new 4-lane highway.

In September, the daily high temperatures drop by 4 °C, from 30 °C to 26 °C, rarely falling below 23 °C or rising above 32 °C, daily minimum temperatures drop by 3 °C, from 21 °C to 18 °C, rarely falling below 15 °C or rising above 23 °C.

Check-in begins at 6:00 p.m.,
unless there are special circumstances. Upon your arrival, the beds will be made, and a complete set of towels will be provided for each guest. In the kitchen, you’ll find water, a welcome bottle of wine accompanied by our island’s traditional carasau bread, tea, coffee, and breakfast items.
