Please note that there are steps to access the property and steep internal stairs to reach the loft.

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, 40'' SMART TV, split-system A/C, and access to the back porch;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, moka pot, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;
- BATHROOM II with sink, raised shower stall, bidet, and toilet;
- Front VERANDA (located at the entrance) with a sofa;
- Rear VERANDA (accessed from the living room) with a dining table and chairs, outdoor seating area, lounge chairs, and a view of the sea.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning via split-type inverter units, washing machine, shutters, window screens, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.
The resort offers a shared swimming pool for guests staying at the centre. The pool is open from June 8 through September 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a closure from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (from July 7 to August 24, the closure is reduced to 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM). Swim caps are required.
Free private on-site parking is available. The car park is uncovered and suitable for SUVs and minivans.
Cots and baby beds are available upon request.
The loft is not air-conditioned; however, a fan is available.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

N.B. Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
