Casale del Mandorlo is an ancient farm dating back to the late 19th century, with a superb view of the Modica countryside, located between the two cities of Modica and Ragusa. Well fenced structure surrounded by a vast garden of aromatic plants and an 8x4 meter pool, with also a heated jacuzzi, perfectly suitable even for the coldest evenings. INTERIORS: the accommodations in Casale del Mandorlo are arranged in 2 buildings, all carefully restored by the skilled studio of local architects. Each one has a carefree and relaxed atmosphere, and together they form a private village in the Sicilian countryside, perfect for extended families and groups of friends traveling together. The main annex houses the common areas of the property, consisting of: a bright, open-space room, with drywall walls, a fireplace that heats the living area, relaxing on a white sofa on cold winter days; immediately in front there is a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table. Going up the mezzanine stairs we find the first bedroom with a single bed and immediately after a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.. The second structure has two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms; the latter open onto a small balcony where you can relax reading a book, being pampered by the wind.
EXTERIORS: Casale del Mandorlo is mainly divided into the open air and there is no shortage of indoor and outdoor spaces where guests can enjoy the view of the green lands and blossoming meadows and hedges with a wide variety of native Sicilian plants that fan out around the various accommodations, relax and meet up for convivial moments.
