Quiet house on the outskirts of the city surrounded by pine forests and hills.

Come relax and enjoy a few peaceful days surrounded by nature. You can visit the Neila Lagoons, the Urbión Peaks, the Laguna Negra, the Lobos River Canyon, Pita Beach, … and countless other natural landscapes.

The house can accommodate up to 13 people (3 of them on an extra bed) and is spread over 3 floors.

On the main floor, there is a spacious kitchen, a living room with a TV and fireplace, a half-bath, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and access to an open terrace and a covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue.

On the first floor, there is another small kitchen, a spacious dining area with a fireplace and a clay oven, and a living area with a TV, as well as a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

And on the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms—2 with double beds and the other with 2 single beds—each with its own private bathroom. In the hallway on this floor, you’ll find two armchairs and a bookshelf where you can spend some relaxing time.

The exterior of the house features a large garden, accessible from the first floor, featuring a large pool with a waterfall, a sunbathing area with lounge chairs, a spacious play area for children, and a covered area with a wooden roof for relaxing.
