Location was good, with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Cabin was of a nice size. Host was communicative but I did have an issue that could not be resolved until the next day, and the cabin floors could have been cleaner.

This cabin was an absolutely fantastic choice for our family trip to the Isle of Skye! The accommodations were comfortable, spacious, and perfectly suited for traveling with kids. The location was great — just a short distance from shops, restaurants, and a grocery store, which made everything so convenient. Our host was truly terrific: incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We only wish we could have stayed longer — we’d happily return!

Wonderful stay in Broadford

5 minute walk to all town amenities, was great to have a fridge and cooking facilities, hosts were friendly. Across the road from the beach and walking path. Highly recommend!

Ideal location and amenities. Cabin very clean & tidy with towels, tv, tea bags & sugar provided! Kitchen fitted with all necessary items. Host James very kindly had put heaters on for us arriving & he was fab at responding to any questions we had. Lovely stay, highly recommend!

Accurately described, “rustic” not for all but suited us and our budget. Could have used some closer attention on cleaning. James was friendly and helpful. Es ist leider kein schöner Aufenthalt gewesen. Das Häuschen ist eher eine Gartenhütte und ist von innen auch nicht abgedichtet. Somit kommen durch die Spalte jede Menge Insekten ins Haus. Von Spinnen über Mücken und ander Käfer war alles dabei. Es sind auch sehr viele Spinnenweben da. Also sauber ist es leider gar nicht. Wir haben die Schränke und Ablagen mit Küchenpapier ausgelegt, da es nicht sauber war. Auch die Handtücher waren fleckig. Nach der Bitte um neue Handtücher, wurden diese auch gebracht, aber sie waren leider nicht besser. Die Kochmöglichkeiten sind zwar gegeben, aber die Herdplatte braucht fast 20 Minuten, bis sie Wasser zum Kochen bringt, das macht keinen Spaß mit hungrigen Kindern. Ich würde hier nicht nochmal übernachten.Das einzig schöne war der Garten und die Lage...

Die Hütte war nur oberflächlich sauber, machte insgesamt keinen ordentlichen Eindruck. Sehr wenig Geschirr, unpraktische und schäbige Stühle, Gartenmöblierung heruntergekommen, nachts sind Schnecken über unsere Koffer gekrochen.Der Eigentümer war nicht gerade freundlich, ganz anders als bisherige Bewertungen hier. Insgesamt enttäuschend.Die Lage am Wasser und im Ort ist allerdings gut.

Der Gastgeber hat uns rechtzeitig die Zugangsdaten zukommen lassen. Die Einrichtung ist leider schon " in die Jahre gekommen": das Leder der Stühle ist sehr abgenutzt, das Hochbett wackelte und die Küchenschränke waren unsauber. Positiv überrascht waren wir von dem Grill, der Mikrowelle und der Heißluftfriteuse. Die Hütte roch zudem muffig.
