The house comprises 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 guests. On the first floor, the main bedroom with access to the balcony contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is located on an intermediary level a couple of steps down from the first floor, and contains 2 single beds. The third bedroom is on the same level and features a queen-size bed. Both these rooms have access to an adjacent bathroom with a bath and shower. The fourth bedroom on the ground floor contains a double-size bed and a cot, ideal for a couple with a baby. The fifth bedroom has a double bed and mini basin. This room has access to the front garden. Both these rooms share an adjoining bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, two fridge/freezers, microwave oven, air fryer, kettle, and toaster. It has a separate scullery with a dishwasher. The washing machine and cleaning materials are located in the garage.

A semi-private tv lounge area is located on the other side of the breakfast nook, and features a tv with full DSTV channels which can keep the children busy during rainy days, and entertain sports fanatics with various sporting channels.

Free WiFi is available and guests will find comfort in knowing that the house is fitted with a battery powered inverter in case of power failures. Garage parking for 2 cars is available and another 2 cars in the driveway.

The house is located within one minute walking distance to the rocky seashore, less than 15 minutes to the mountain if you like hiking, and it won’t take you longer than five minutes to drive to the main beach, lagoon, main shopping centre and golf course. Harbour Road with its interesting little shops and restaurants is within 10 minutes walking distance from the house. There are also some lovely vineyards in the area which offer wine tasting and good food. Hermanus is only 35 km away, while the Harold Porter Botanical Garden and penguin colony at Stony Point in Betty’s Bay is less than 15 km from Kleinmond.
