Wonderful amenities onsite and the condo is stocked with everything you need. The owners have been very thoughtful and generous with what is provided. There is a shuttle service to local dining and shopping areas as well as the beach. Just show up and enjoy beautiful Naples!

The condo was perfect and my wife and I felt like we were home. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. The inside was amazing and had everything we needed. A short 30 second walk and you are in the resort pool area. The resort itself is fantastic. It is like an oasis in the middle of Naples. There is an adults only section to the resort which was calm and peaceful. The location was perfect. You could be to 5th avenue in 5 minutes via car. My wife and I will be coming back to this condo yearly from this point on. It was the most relaxing vacation I have had in 38 years.

Great accommodations in beautiful location!

We've stayed in several properties at the Cottages and this was the best one! Fully stocked with staples and extras that made it so easy to slide into vacation. Very comfortable accommodations. As close to home as possible -- and much better weather!

Great property and location is amazing!

The condo was even better than the pictures. Mint condition and the most well stocked condo I have ever stayed in, couldn’t ask for more. The resort is beautiful, pool is great and the location is amazing. We walked everywhere and all great restaurants within walking distance. Definitely want to stay again!

Great stay with family

We had a wonderful time at Michael's condo. It was extremely clean, convenient, and the complex offered all of the amenities (fitness and pools) that we and our small children needed while we were there. We would highly recommend to others.

Perfect for us

We lived that the accomodations had an elevator especially for moving in and out. Also loved that the condo only had one floor and everything we needed, right down to beach towels! The pools were beautiful!

Family Getaway - Bliss

This property was pure bliss and was accurately described - beautiful!! The owners have gone above and beyond to think of the little things that provide comfort and convenience. We were able to enjoy the resort pool, and felt catered to with the amazing staff and amenities. The beach was just a short drive away and was absolutely stunning. This vacation was a balance of fun and relaxation. The home was so comfortable that my family was able to unwind, order take out and enjoy movie nights after mornings on the beach. I can’t say enough about this place, we will definitely be back!! 5 stars!!

Amazing time at this amazing property!

Mike and Jane were fantastic hosts and there are many reasons why their unit receives such rave reviews. They left us a nice welcome card and bottle of wine. The condo is in a perfect location, just a couple miles to 5th Ave and 3rd St. Just 3 miles away from the 64 dedicated pickleball courts where the US Open is held each year. The Naples Bay Resort itself is beautiful as well. The pools were fantastic, the grounds were nicely manicured, and the staff was always nice and helpful. Our flight back home was already in the evening, but Southwest emailed us three days before the flight to let us know the departure time would actually be delayed 3 hours, leaving at 8:55pm. When I told this to Mike and Jane, they let us stay in their unit for a few hours past check-in and had their cleaning crew come later so that we could enjoy an extended last day in Naples due to the delayed flight. They’re just good people and we felt like it was important to them that we were happy. The unit itself is awesome. It’s fully stocked with everything you need. The coolers, four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, etc. were all great to have. The covered and dedicated parking space was sweet as well. My wife and I are so happy that we stayed at Mike and Jane’s place for the week. It was the perfect getaway and we’re very appreciative that they offer their place to the rest of us at such a great price. Thank you!!

Amazing stay

Very nice cottage

Michael, The cottage was very nice and a great location to all that downtown Naples has to offer. Furnished nicely with the island theme. Easy access with the elevator, luggage cart and covered parking. We did use the resort pool one day but mostly took advantage of the Gulf beaches, nature preserves and golf courses. The bed and bedding were very nice and all was as described in your description. We definately plan on coming back!

Very inviting decor in condo and everything worked!

Condo was very nice, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. everything you need to make a meal and really nice dishes-just what I would want if I lived in beautiful Naples! Highly recommended also because of location-so easy for us to drive to Marco Island. No problems with all the TV’s -they all worked beautifully !

Naples Bay Cottages

Extremely well stocked unit. Very comfortable and very nice lanai over the tennis courts' I absolutely believe the owners want to make your stay as perfect as possible.

Perfect location

We came to Naples to play pickle ball at the Minto open and this was the perfect location for that. The condo was actually better than we expected and the amenities were amazing, would love to come back.
