False location, dirty, loud, no frills, no water, overpriced. The apartment is actually at 9th avenue with traffic noise, and the neighbors partied all night. We had to have the receptionist turn on the water when we arrived, dirty bathrooms, food particles in sink, old towels in washing machine. No hot water third night. No water at all the next day. Cheap cookware and silverware. No soap or shampoo and only two rolls of tp and 3 towels for four nights for three people.
