Ginepro is approximately 80 sqm and has a living room with fireplace and kitchenette on the ground floor and a double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.
Zampugna was built in 1756 and 5 years ago was lovingly restored and converted into 5 self-catering apartments plus an independent cottage. The original building and its characteristics have been preserved, (bricks arches, wooden beams, and terracotta floors. The furnishings reflect a traditional Tuscan style and each apartment has an open for fire for the colder winter evenings while the cottage has an antique ceramic wood burning stove.
The living/dining areas all have satellite T.V and a fully equipped kitchenette.
In the surrounding garden there are barbecues and tables for al- fresco dining and magnificent views of the medieval towns of Montepulciano, Pienza and Castelmuzio.
The swimming pool (14m x 7m, da 1.2m a 2.4m) is open from mid April until mid October. From here guests can relax and enjoy the wonderful views of this exceptional place.
