Olivar House is located in the town of Privlaka, on a spacious 11,000 m² property surrounded by about 300 olive trees, giving it a unique charm and privacy. Olivar House is in close proximity to a peaceful and pristine coastline with a boat dock, making it an ideal destination for a family or group of friends looking to enjoy a luxurious vacation by the sea.



The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan space combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room, with access to the terrace, pool, and garden. On the ground floor, there is one double bedroom (180x200) with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a WC. There is also a smaller room with a single bed (90x200) and a separate WC, including a washing machine.



On the upper floor of the house, there is another open-plan space that includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room, with access to a terrace offering sea views. The upper floor also has three additional bedrooms: one double bedroom (180x200) with an en-suite bathroom, a room with two separate beds (100x200), and a smaller room with a single bed (100x200) and a separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and preparing all kinds of meals.



The house is equipped with three air conditioning units – one on the ground floor in the living room and two on the upper floor (one in the living room and the other in the kitchen).



The outdoor space is perfect for relaxation and enjoying the outdoors. The sea-side terrace offers a wonderful view, and there is also a 30 m² heated pool, ideal for enjoyment in any weather. Additionally, the villa has a barbecue area (BBQ) and a pergola with garden furniture, perfect for family meals outdoors. For families with children, there is also a playground.



In October, the traditional olive harvest takes place, creating the perfect atmosphere for all lovers of Mediterranean life.
