Lovely quiet area and nice terrace. The neighbours were lovely lending us an umbrella when we arrived in the rain whilst we rang lovely stay several times. First due to key codes not being sent then again as door had not been released to accept given codes. May have been oversight but not a great start especially as we only had a short break. Very poor soundproofing with gap at the bottom of front door. Despite house rules of noise we had little sleep the first two nights due to guests partying in flat above.
