The living area with a versatile kitchen, equipped with a sofa bed and dining table, opens onto an intimate terrace with a small table and a view of the street. The modern and functional bathroom offers a shower, bidet, WC and a washing machine, to meet all the needs of the living room.

The versatile and well-designed living area integrates a fully equipped kitchen with a sofa bed and a dining table ideal for convivial moments. Direct access to a small terrace with table, overlooking the street, makes the room perfect for outdoor breakfasts or evening aperitifs.



Bathroom

The carefully designed bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, bidet, WC and washing machine, offering functionality and comfort during your stay.



Location

The flat is located on the first floor (no lift) just a 10-minute walk from Porta Garibaldi station, providing easy access to the beating heart of Milan.



In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.



Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.



There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide guests with any kind of food even if it is just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.
