Located in a village in Haut-Gard, between Ardèche, Vaucluse and Drôme, of 120 m2 with heated and secure swimming pool of 7.5 x 3.5 m (tarpaulin and alarm), on a closed and wooded plot of 1100 m2, 3 rooms (6 people), small animals accepted.
Covered terrace of 30 m2, parking spaces, in a quiet, wooded subdivision.
A 5-minute walk from the village center with all amenities (bakery, mini-market, press center, restaurants, tobacco shop, ...)
Weekly market on the village square from mid-June to mid September.
Many leisure activities in the village (municipal swimming pool, horse riding, tennis courts, entertainment during the summer season, departure for hiking, mountain biking, etc.)
Close to the village: canoeing, fishing, climbing, quad biking, archery, riverside beaches, etc.).
Strategic starting point to many natural sites (Cèze valley, Ardèche gorges, Aven d'Orgnac, Cévennes natural park, Mont Aigoual, caving caves (Salamander, Cocalière ...)

La maison est conforme à l’annonce … c’est-à-dire parfaite ! Nous y avons séjourné pendant 2 semaines avec notre fille et notre chien. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette villa avec nos 2 enfants de 9 et 13 ans. L’accueil était parfait. La villa est très propre, spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Le jardin et la piscine sont un vrai plus, dont nous avons bien profité. Le quartier est calme, et il y a une épicerie et quelques restaurants dans le village. L’endroit est idéal pour visiter la région: Pont du Gard, Bambouseraie, Gorges de l'Ardèche, Château des Roure, Aven d’Orgnac…. A ne pas manquer : la grotte de la Salamandre à quelques kilomètres, qui vaut vraiment le détour. Toute la famille a apprécié ce séjour.

Excellent accueil effectué par Éric. La maison est magnifique, très bien entretenue et très bien équipée. La climatisation a été très appréciable lors des chaleurs. Nous avons profité avec les enfants de la très belle piscine très bien entretenue. La maison est à 10 minutes à pied du centre du village. Je recommande fortement cette location où vous pouvez venir les yeux fermés.

Nous avons séjournés dans cette très belle villa en septembre 2020. La maison ainsi que les extérieurs sont bien propres, très bien équipés. Nous allions au village à pied pour une belle ballade. La grotte de la Salamandre à 5 minutes est à voir absolument. Magnifique. Le monsieur à l'arrivée très sympa, et nous a donné pleins de conseils pour les visites.

I booked this for my wife and 2 young daughters, to get away, spend time together, as we both work and rarely have quality time as a family. We do not like to sit about, we like to cycle, kayak, swim and walk. My daughters horse ride as well. We are so glad we booked this property, it was perfect. Very clean and the pool was great. The town itself has everything you need, shop is well stocked and a great butchers. some wonderful cycle trails and Kayaking was amazing. Not forgetting the caves, which are walking distance, if you want some good exercise. when we checked in we were late due to major traffic problems. Our hosts we very helpful on arrival. I

Logement vraiment exceptionnel dans une propriété splendide. Tout se prête à un séjour de rêve avec un extérieur, une piscine et l’intérieur au top. Niveau propreté on ne peut pas faire mieux. Villa tout confort dans un endroit calme (super calme). La description donnée sur le site est conforme à la réalité. La maison était en parfait état de propreté. Beaucoup de publicités sur les activités ou sites à découvrir. Méjannes le Clap est un village idéal pour les randonneurs ou les sportifs. Petit bémol:... peu ou pas de commerces dans le village ... ! A recommander !

Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Philippe qui nous a fait découvrir une maison très bien équipée et bien au calme dans ce village de Méjanne Le Clap. Tout le confort était au rendez-vous de cette maison. La cuisine équipée était justement très bien équipée. Peut-être deux trois grandes casseroles en plus ne seraient pas du luxe. Mon épouse et moi-même avons passé une semaine idyllique. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine à la même période
