Precious oasis of peace in the center of Cagliari
The space
Entrance with hallway equipped with a folding table for up to 6 people, with 4 chairs, stools, coat racks and space for storing suitcases and any other items.
The kitchen is equipped with all comforts and appliances, from the fridge with separate freezer, to the electric oven, microwave, pantry and support tables for cooking. Finally, the kitchen has a balcony equipped for waste disposal with the appropriate containers, washing machine, clothes drying rack, small perimeter green area.

Once you reach the entrance after climbing the steps outside the building, you enter the condominium, where you need to go up one floor and on your left you will find the entrance door of the apartment.
