About this property

At Overby Lyng you will find this cottage with three good bedrooms, large living room and kitchen in one and a bathroom with bathtub. The house has a large wooden terrace laid out in 2019 and is located undisturbed on a good, large plot with football goals and swing. Note there are no channels on the TV. These must be brought along. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Achtung. Die Straße ist in Hörweite und führt zu einer wichtigen Fährverbindung. Es ist in der Hauptsaison entsprechend nicht ruhig. Haus war leider nicht ganz sauber und einige Sachen wie ein Kehrblech waren nicht vorhanden - der Staubsauger wirbelte den Staub auf statt vernünftig zu saugen.
