The house is a 5-minute walk from the Castle, Museums, and various local shops, cafes, restaurants, and mini-markets. The street is quiet and has free parking. The living room and kitchen share an open and spacious area. The kitchen, with modern and functional lines, has a comfortable table for 4 people and is fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. The living room has a 3-seater sofa and a single sofa. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and bidet suspended in the shower. Shampoo and shower gel are available in the shower. The bathroom is located on the lower floor, next to the living room and kitchen. On the upper floor are the bedroom and the terrace. The bedroom has a large wardrobe, a small table with two chairs, and a bed 160 cm wide. There is space for a travel cot if needed. The terrace is equipped with a parasol and two outdoor sofas. The house, which is divided into two apartments, has a common entrance area with two sofas, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment has a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and central heating/cooling. If your stay is longer than one week, a general cleaning and a change of sheets and towels per week will be included in the price.
