The privileged location of this house allows you to enjoy tranquility without being far from the main attractions of the Costa Brava. With a traditional and welcoming atmosphere, it is the perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday.
The property offers a warm atmosphere, ideal for enjoying its outdoor areas (garden, covered terrace, and pool). The garden features outdoor furniture and sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, as well as a outdoor shower behind the house. It also has a barbecue area for organizing outdoor meals. The property offers weekly pool maintenance service and monthly garden service. You can park within the property.
The house offers three double bedrooms, all with natural light and a warm design. To ensure maximum comfort, we have air conditioning (A/C) in the living-dining room and in all bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements include: a main bedroom with a double bed, a room with two single beds, and, finally, a bunk bed room, ideally designed for children.
In addition to the proximity to the beaches, you can visit renowned cities such as Barcelona, Girona, or Figueres, as well as charming coastal towns with historical features. The area offers a variety of activities, such as cycling, hiking, fishing, diving, sailing, and kayaking, plus the convenience of having services and shopping centres just 5 minutes away.
