The centre of Pescara is easily reached by an electric bus that stops 50 metres from the villa and provides connections every 10 minutes, taking guests to the heart of the city in just a few minutes.



The unit is located on the first floor and consists of two spacious and finely furnished bedrooms, a large living room with dining area, sofa bed and 49-inch SMART TV, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a renovated en-suite bathroom with fine finishes. If you’re going to Pescara, this is the place to stay! Beautiful, clean, modern apartment with a prime location and gorgeous building and private tree grove. We stayed with our two young kids and the walk to the beach was a breeze, as was everything else. The rooms are well-appointed and modern; no weird old building “quirks” here. And communicating with our hosts was easy and pleasant; they even brought us a surprise platter of croissants one morning! We wished we had more time in Pescara, in large part because the apartment was so fabulous. Sipping prosecco on the balcony while our kids enjoyed the private forest after a fun day at the beach? Literally the stuff of dreams. Book it! You won’t regret it.
