Great house for beach weekend!

I had a great stay at this rental. The property renters were super helpful and kind! It was located right by town next to a ton of great restaurants and shops, and a quick ride to the beach. The house itself was lovely as well. I'd definitely return!

We are local artist, lived here for 12 years, love the film festival, Ocean Beaches, farmstands, local live events at the Talkhouse, and Guild Hall, and all nature has to offer. We love animals and have a dog, use mostly organic products.

Why they chose this property

This property has enough distance from the crazy limited parking in town, and is a 10 min walk on a sidewalk versus a dirt road to everything you need, we are so close to the best ocean beaches with out the beach rental price tags reserved for only millionaires.

What makes this property unique

Very walkable, and bike friendly.
2 mins away bbq, Local takeout, lobster/ top seafood restaurant , and top high end restaurants , all within walking distance so you don't have to worry about parking, or being pulled over.
