Open living room with 43" in Samsung HDTV. Dining area seats 6. Wifi is included. Outdoor living space includes a rear deck and front patio with umbrella, table and chairs. Two bedrooms and full bath on main floor. One bedroom and full bath upstairs.

The grounds feature a large front lawn with house set back from road. Located in a desirable Village neighborhood, just 1.1 mile to Main Beach and a 10 minute walk to East Hampton Cinema, Starbucks, CittaNuova and Sam's.

Lovely Stay at Meadow Way

My partner and I spent the month of September in EH. The location couldn't be beat. We loved the residential neighborhood but also being able to walk to town. The owners were very responsive and I look forward to staying at their home again in the near future.

This property is lovely. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood with lush greenery everywhere. It’s ideal for avid readers. If you’re a TV buff beware there is only one television on the property and limited channels.

Wonderful East Hampton getaway

This is a lovely house. Right in the village on a pretty street. You can walk everywhere, including the beach. Very comfortable beds and furniture with plenty of nice linens. The owners were very helpful. It was a very quiet location, as the house sits back from the street. Things was very well kept and the furnishing were all designed for comfort. Would definitively stay again.

It was our first time in the Hamptons and we were very pleased with this property. It’s in the heart of East Hampton. The property is in perfect condition and very well maintained. Charles the owner is very detailed oriented and provides all the little extras needed. The place is immaculate. He also went out of his way to give us recommendations for the surrounding town. Great location comfortable cottage in a Great location

We enjoyed a lovely four night stay over Labor Day weekend, and the home was comfortable, well appointed, clean, and within walking distance of the beach and downtown. Correspondence with the owners was easy and clear. The only confusion was when booking the unit online, it is suggested that you either pay a deposit or get renters insurance. I opted for the insurance, but then, after the booking was confirmed, there is a second contract and the deposit is required. So it would be helpful if it was made clear before the booking is made that the deposit is non-negotiable. The owners have made available beach chairs and towels, which helped us reduce the amount of luggage we had to bring.

Relaxing Labor Day Weekend

My wife, our son and I enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing Labor Day weekend here. The house is lovely and as nice as the photos indicate; the neighborhood is also peaceful and beautiful. The beach is fantastic - with easy access (1 mile walk or drive) to Main Beach and a little longer to Georgica Beach. This is also a wonderful place to walk or run. The town is also nearby with great shops and small restaurants. Thank you Charles for your hospitality and warm welcome. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Why they chose this property

Quiet tree lined street, with little car traffic. The house is set well back from the road. .
We strive to keep everything new and clean in the house.
For 2024 we have replaced the refrigerator and dish washer.

What makes this property unique

Our house is truly in the Village of East Hampton. Why is that important?
If you do not want to drive you do not have to. Many listings say "close to Village" but only if you have a car. And we are very close to Main and Georgica Beach. Both of these beaches have outdoor showers and bathrooms. Main Beach has food services in the summer.
