This was our second time renting this very special property - a wonderful private location with an amazing pool, outdoor shower, hot tub and awesome views from the front porch. There is everything you need to cook or grill a great meal. Orient is a charming village with an interesting history - and a great produce stand! Easy communications with the host. We hope to go back next year.

Gorgeous property right on the water

What a lovely and peaceful location for a relaxing get away. This place checked all the boxes for us - right on the water (with kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy), fire pit in the sand right on the beach, heated pool (a bit finicky but we got the hang of the heating system), hot tub, nicely equipped kitchen, high quality linens and thoughtful touches throughout the home. Really nice stay!

Very nice property that is incredibly well maintained. We had a nightmare experience on Cape Cod two summers ago and this was just the opposite. Laura was super responsive and the home was everything you see in the photos with absolutely everything we needed for our stay.

Thanksgiving in Orient

My husband, son and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. Beautiful house in a beautiful spot. Couldn’t have been happier with the property which was immaculate and so comfortable. Love the decor. Lauren was there to answer any questions or address any issues which arose. Will definitely be renting this house again.

Beautiful location right on the water with a heated pool. If you want to get away from it all then this is the perfect house. Bikes and kayaks that come with the house were much enjoyed. Greenport and Orient Village are absolutely beautiful, as is the whole area.We drove into Greenport each evening for dinner, lots of restaurants here. Cycling into Orient Village for coffee was a treat too. We got the ferry to Shelter Island one day from Greenport. Tagged on a couple of days in New York at the end.

AMAZING in every way

The property was immaculate, the views are stunning, great beach access, fabulous pool, awesome outdoor shower and great bath and shower products. Kitchen well stocked (best spice selection I’ve ever seen). I really can’t think of anything negative to say. Very special.
