The great room has a large tv and fire place , plenty of couch seating and cozy chairs with long island sound views, and the pool is outside 2 steps away.
The kitchen has all amenities offering top quality appliances and is fully stocked for cooking family meals.
The master suite is upstairs and has a King Size Bed and a soundside balcony , coffee maker,fridge,tv,vanity double sinks, walk in shower,and a large jetted tub.

The Best View!!!!

Grab your wine and soak it in! Collect treasures on your private beach and enjoy the most beautiful view. Breathe in the fresh air and catch up on some reading OR turn up the tunes and have a killer tube sock dance party overlooking the sound. A MUST for a low key/fun weekend with your most favorite person!

Perfect location. Easy to follow instructions for arrival and departure.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location. Our only issue was the inability to work some of the lighting and some of the outlets didn't seem to work (probably user error). Would definitely come again.

North Fork Stay

Great waterfront location with very nice master suite overlooking LI Sound. Plenty of space for three couples with a kitchen well stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes/glasses. Nice quite neighborhood that is a little removed from wineries and shopping. For us the location more than offset the little extra time to get to the wineries.

Summer Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Gary's property in Orient with multi generational family and friends! The view, outdoor space and quiet neighborhood make this a 5+ star location along with Gary's responsiveness. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing, stress free time!
