We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in East Marion! The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Upon arrival there was a beautiful welcome basket and the property was in pristine condition. We can’t wait to return.

The house exceeded our expectations with beautiful decor, stunning pool/patio outdoor areas, and even a private little bay front beach. Owners Sofia & Mike responded to our every request promptly from beach/parking passes, to even a high speed blender! The sheets and towels are high quality and a welcome basket of goodies and pantry items such as coffee K-cups made us feel right at home. A perfect retreat for our family escape.

This was the best VRBO stay I ever had in my many years of using the platform. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Sofia was very responsive to all our needs. Great outdoor space that accommodated everyone easily. There were plenty of supplies provided as well. Office off the main room was quiet and provided me the ability to work from the house easily. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water and great outdoor shower/ large washer and dryer. Great location - near both Greenport village and Truman beach. I would easily stay again!

Perfect.

The house was beyond our expectations! So beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the grounds are outstanding! We went for a short trip for my daughter’s 30th birthday. We spent the first night at the house with take out and groceries and the other day went to a few wineries and dinner. It was a last minute trip since the hurricane hit Florida and our host was so accommodating. Next time we will definitely stay longer. Truly a beautiful memory.

Memorial weekend getaway

This home did not disappoint! It was pristine and the pool area was amazing. You can access the Peconic and they had a few lounge chairs out on the beach. We had some friends & family come out for the day and everyone was in awe of this home. It was a 10+++ and we can't wait to come back. The only constructive criticism I could give is there are no bicycles or rafts for the pool. It's such a beautiful area to take a nice ride to Orient or Greenport Village. At any rate, we loved our stay and the property manager was super quick to respond. You will love staying here!

Why they chose this property

Just a 2 hour drive from NYC and 100 miles east into the ocean, East Marion is a wonder away from it all. The night skies are dark and full of sparkling stars, the days lovely and breezes from the sound and bay. Wonderful farm grown food and nature all around.

What makes this property unique

French Country House is unique and fitting on the North Fork with all the vineyards and wineries. In fact, there is a Lavender Farm just about a mile away. What else can you ask for to remind you of Provence or the French Coast. Rental Permit # 1054
