Property is set back on a quiet piece of land with a heated gunite pool, covered porch, and a long backyard for leisure. Fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and multiple gathering spots 2,500 sqft on two floors provide plenty of living space for all. This ideal location is 10 minutes to the beach, 7 minutes to bay beaches, 8 minutes to Amagansett, and 7 minutes to East Hampton town.

The ideally kept, spacious, comfortable house sleeps 10 comfortably with a large king master suite and an attached private terrace, two queen bedrooms (one with en suite bath), and a bedroom with two full-size beds. The massive kitchen is perfect for cooking a with a large refrigerator, gas stove/oven, and kitchen table that seats 12 (not shown expanded in pictures). Other amenities include High Speed WiFi, Central Air/Heat, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Central Vac, two flat screen LED Cable TVs, 3-burner grill hooked up to house propane, comfortable teak pool lounge chairs, pool umbrella, outdoor dining table on the covered porch (perfect for outdoor dinners).

Great house!

Our family had a great stay at Jeff’s house. The house was clean, very comfortable size, nicely furnished, had all of the appliances / amenities that we could need, nice yard, good location. Would highly recommend and would definitely visit again!

Secluded gem with all the trimmings

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful well-appointed home. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the yard is truly lovely. Any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly. We hope to stay again some time in the not too distant future. Very relaxing. Thank you!

Hamptons Escape

This property is a wonderfully renovated bungalow at the end of a private driveway that offered us privacy, yet it is so close to downtown East Hampton. It was spotless clean and was extremely well suited for cooking and entertaining our group of 6. All the bells and whistles from a Green Egg to a Peleton, and everything in between! The owner Jeff was wonderful. We look forward to returning! Thank you.

Beautiful home in lovely East Hampton

Lovely Getaway

We booked a stay over spring break to for a change of scenery during the pandemic. It was very nice to be able to bring our pet along. The house was spacious with lovely furnishing and decor. The surrounding area was a bit eclectic with super easy commute to East Hampton, Amagansett and great local restaurants for pickup. Would love the opportunity to stay in this home again when the weather is nice enough to enjoy the pool and spacious backyard!
