This new construction 'green' home was built in 2014. It is conveniently located SOH, just 3 blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Hamptons. It includes a modern BBQ on a large outdoor deck off a spacious, fully appointed kitchen-perfect for entertaining. You can also enjoy conversation seating with water view from another deck situated off the living room area. The home is equipped with the latest entertainment technology including a bluetooth and WIFI enabled entertainment system (access YOUR music/videos via smartphone or tablet). All rooms are equipped with LCD SMART TV's. The Master Bedroom Suite features a steam shower and a private porch-perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail when you need some 'quiet time'. This relaxing home has 2 outdoor showers, ample parking and is located within walking distance to LUNCH- Lobster Roll, The Clam Bar at Napeague and Cyril's restaurants.

Perfect Girls Weekend

The house and property were picturesque. Everything was exactly as described and the short walk to the beach was great. Gerry was an absolute pleasure and was always prompt and professional. Hoping to have the chance to stay here again when the weather gets warmer

The perfect place!

We spent Thanksgiving as a family here. Couldn’t have picked a better place. Super comfortable, clean and close enough for us to take nice, albeit chilly, walks on the gorgeous beach. Communication with the host was fantastic and he was very thoughtful and flexible regarding the check in and out. The house made our Thanksgiving as a family very special.

Perfect Getaway

Myself and a group of friends stayed at this property for a week in November and we could not have been happier. The communication with the owner was fantastic and we even got an early check-in and a late check out. The House was clean upon arrival and was exactly as described. This house had everything that you need with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for a large group. The location to the beach and hiking trails could not be beat. Looking forward to coming back to this property in the future.

Great Location and great house!

Renting out of season, but still felt those summer Hampton vibes! Gerard was great at checking to make sure we were ok and had what we needed. The house is beautifully appointed and in the perfect location! Walk to the beach- quick drive to center of Montauk. Would stay again!!

Perfect Getaway

What a wonderful weekend we had in this beautiful, newly redone house. Everything was provided & nothing was missing. Short walk to the beach. Easy communication with the homeowner. Would stay again!

Great place!!

This is a great house and I will definitely be back. There is tons of outdoor space and the living space is huge and great for hanging out. The location is incredible — just a 5 minute walk from a great beach. The house is stocked with everything you need (including lots of beach stuff) and the host was very accommodating and responsive.

My family had the most wonderful week here. The home is beautiful and clean and has everything one would want/need. It is also in an incredible location - walk to the beach, short drive to Montauk! Highly recommend!

A nice week at the beach

We had a nice stay in Amagansett. The house was great layout for our group. Well equipped. Loved the proximity to the beach. The beach was really nice. Easy to get to montauk, amagansett and East Hampton so we had a lot of choices of places to eat. Host was communicative and easy.

Amazing Beach House!

Gerard’s house is absolutely gorgeous, the photos don’t even do it justice! The house is a very short walk to the beach and is stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. The location can’t be beat right in between Amagansett & Montauk, with just a short drive to either town. My group loved all the outdoor space and spent so much time out on the beautiful decks watching the sunsets. The wifi worked great, we had multiple people working from home during our stay and never had any issues & had plenty of space to spread out. Overall, we had an amazing time at this house and can’t wait to return!

Excellent stay in Napeague

My family and I stayed for a week and highly recommend this property. All of the bedrooms are downstairs and the upstairs living area gets great light (and sunset views). The house is well stocked with everything you might need and the owners are very responsive. Close to the beach and not far from either Amagansett or Montauk.

Great beach house in Amangansett

We stayed here for the last two weeks in June 2023. Setting up the rental was super easy. The owner is responsive and direct so communication was easy- it remained that way throughout our stay. He checked in multiple times by text to make sure all was well- not typical in my experience. The house is beautiful. Spacious, clean with upscale appliances and finishes. There is plenty of space to support a large family or two families -two outdoor showers vastly increase the ability to get ready for the evening together. A short walk to the beach- even though we were there in high season it was not crowded on the beach. We had parking passes for East Hampton village but stayed local the entire time as access was so easy. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Amazing location and home!

I stayed in Gerry's home for the week of the 4th of July and it truly could not have been any better! The location is central to everything in the area and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is beautiful and extremely well-kept, also newly renovated. I would come back and stay here time and time again. Communication with Gerry was also very smooth and he was a great host. 10/10 recommend!

Perfect Beach House

The house was very clean with a great location: walking distance (3 to 4 blocks) to the beach, midpoint between East Hampton and Montauk. Gerry the owner was very kind, helpful and always responsive to all our questions. I’ve rented at various locations in the Hamptons (mostly in East Hampton, Southampton), but Gerry’s house felt like a “real beach house” according to my children- definitely their favorite. Hoping to come back again next summer! Thank you for sharing your home!

Great home with enjoyable outdoor space!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home. Since we're still in a pandemic we did "stay in" for many meals. We've rented from several homes in the past and found sparse kitchen supplies. Not the case here. The kitchen was equipped with everything from measuring cups, baking sheets to a wide selection of pots and pans. Plenty of utensils, flat ware, place settings, glasses and can't forget to mention several martini shakers lol The house is updated and well designed. We enjoyed the open floor plan, the dining table is a work of art. There is an oversized outdoor table with adequate seating on the deck just off the kitchen. Location is awesome! We appreciated the short walk to the fabulous beach - a little bit of exercise., very little.. We had a beach wagon that was helpful for carting all our "stuff." Last but not least the owner Gerry was "the best" to work with. He was readily available and very patient with our questions. There were no kinks during our stay. Thank you Gerry for sharing your wonderful home!
