This new construction 'green' home was built in 2014. It is conveniently located SOH, just 3 blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Hamptons. It includes a modern BBQ on a large outdoor deck off a spacious, fully appointed kitchen-perfect for entertaining. You can also enjoy conversation seating with water view from another deck situated off the living room area. The home is equipped with the latest entertainment technology including a bluetooth and WIFI enabled entertainment system (access YOUR music/videos via smartphone or tablet). All rooms are equipped with LCD SMART TV's. The Master Bedroom Suite features a steam shower and a private porch-perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail when you need some 'quiet time'. This relaxing home has 2 outdoor showers, ample parking and is located within walking distance to LUNCH- Lobster Roll, The Clam Bar at Napeague and Cyril's restaurants.

This beautiful rental was wonderfully appointed and spacious indoors and out! The property is located within a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to Amagansett. Also centrally located between Montauk and East Hampton. We were a party of 8 and all very comfortable. Hope to return!

We had an excellent stay in Amagansett. Our host was welcoming and extremely responsive, much appreicated, thank you Gerri. The check‑in process was very easy, and the house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped.The kitchen was especially great, fully stocked and perfect for cooking. Even though we spent a rainy Memorial Day weekend with friends, we really enjoyed the access to the beach, the cozy living room, and the warm, inviting atmosphere of the home.We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back to enjoy the terrace and the barbecue when the weather is nicer!

Gerard was very responsive with questions leading up and during the trip.It is a great house for a big group. We had a group ranging from toddlers to grandparents and everyone had a blast. The walk to beach is short. You have to use a bike lane on side of montauk highway for about 100 feet, but the rest is 4 blocks away from a serene quiet clean beach. Perfect spot between Amangansett and Montauk. every place is 5-15 drive away and uber/lyft is very easy from here.Truly excellent place to stay and will love to come back

This home is beautiful and has everything you need for a great beach trip. Everything is comfortable, clean, and perfect for a group to coexist without being on top of each other the whole time. Plenty of parking and a quick walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Our annual girls weekend was a great time in this home. It was the perfect fit for us. The home is beautiful, very clean, great open concept for a large gathering. Terrific beachy vibes. The neighborhood was beautiful, walking to the beach was so easy, and beautiful scenery.
