This new construction 'green' home was built in 2014. It is conveniently located SOH, just 3 blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Hamptons. It includes a modern BBQ on a large outdoor deck off a spacious, fully appointed kitchen-perfect for entertaining. You can also enjoy conversation seating with water view from another deck situated off the living room area. The home is equipped with the latest entertainment technology including a bluetooth and WIFI enabled entertainment system (access YOUR music/videos via smartphone or tablet). All rooms are equipped with LCD SMART TV's. The Master Bedroom Suite features a steam shower and a private porch-perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail when you need some 'quiet time'. This relaxing home has 2 outdoor showers, ample parking and is located within walking distance to LUNCH- Lobster Roll, The Clam Bar at Napeague and Cyril's restaurants.

Loved spending time there with family!

We had wonderful Mother’s Day weekend stay! Spending time with family was most important to me and being in a clean, spacious and comfortable home made it the best. We explored Montauk and the beach was just a short walk away. We enjoyed having a nice dinner on the back deck and all had a good nights sleep. Thanks you to our hosts and I highly recommend staying here on your east end visit. Its the perfect location between Montauk and East Hampton and the Lobster Roll restaurant and Goldbergs is right down the street both right recommended as wel.
