In its ideal setting in the beautiful Northwest woods, this property combines serenity and close proximity to East Hampton village (two miles). This three bedroom, two bath contemporary, which is sited on two-thirds of an acre, features a bright, light interior with vaulted ceilings, skylights, fireplace, and three separate sundecks, a modern kitchen with quartz counter tops, slate tile kitchen floor and all stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have stylish Kohler bath fixtures and custom tile. The recently painted exterior is white vertical western cedar.
A spacious swimming pool with optional pool heater and wrap-around cedar deck, central air conditioning and high speed wireless internet access complete the picture. Within a bicycle ride of the beautiful village of East Hampton, this appealing property is sure to please.
The rental rate for rentals less than 30 days is inclusive of all utilities (e.g. central air, WiFi, flat screen tvs with streaming capability, professional pool and garden maintenance, etc.) and all other costs with the exception of the final cleaning fee, tax, and pool heating (optional).
For rentals of 28 days or more we offer significant monthly discounts. Please note that utilities, care of the grounds, pool cleaning/maintenance, snow/ice removal, and garbage pick up are extra. There is no county tax on rentals of 30 days or more but NY state sales tax is applied to all rentals less than 90 days.
For all stays longer than two weeks, interim cleanings are required and are additional.
Please ask about the status of the pool opening in April and the first half of May. Thank you.

We visit each property between rentals to ensure that it is immaculate, fresh and ready for the next vacationing family.
We use organic landscaping supplies that are safer for children and pets as well as the surrounding aquifer. Wherever possible, we are now using “green” cleaning products that are healthier for our vacationing families. We have transitioned to recycled paper products at all of our Hamptons vacation home rentals. As we replace kitchen and laundry room appliances, we are upgrading to Energy Star certified products for their efficiency. Lastly, we have chosen a sanitation company (National Waste) which separates and recycles garbage at its own specialized sorting facility while saving you precious vacation time.
